Sudhir Agarwal

Founder and CEO

Ever a believer in the power of technology and its disruptive yet beneficial capabilities, Sudhir Agarwal brings more than 25 years of corporate leadership and management experience to his role as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Everise. With a proven record of helping enterprises achieve long-term growth and years of overseeing corporate mergers and acquisitions, migrations, business development, outsourcing, and vendor and client management, he has spearheaded multiple expansions for multiple companies in the customer experience (CX) industry.

Today, Sudhir is at the helm of Everise leading and expanding the business operations, with a vision to become the world’s leading customer experience solutions and technology business. To realize his vision, Sudhir first partnered with Everstone Group to build Everise into a next-generation industry leader, then was instrumental in the investment into Everise by Brookfield Asset Management and Warburg Pincus.

Sudhir began his journey with Genpact in 1999, a global professional services firm where he held multiple leadership roles spanning across operations and transition management and spearheaded the company’s successful foray into Hungary and China. Following Genpact, Sudhir was a founding member of Aegis, one of the largest BPO companies in India. Growing the company from a mere five-employee operation, he scaled the operation from its humble beginnings into India, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Argentina, the US and Asia. Succeeding Aegis, Sudhir founded Sunrise BPO with a vision to create a unique customer experience company that is digitally enabled.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Sudhir earned his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and his Master of Business Administration in Strategy and International Business from Manchester Business School, UK.

As an impactful orator and thought leader in the industry, Sudhir has been regularly invited to speak at various prestigious forums across the world, including the Wharton India Economic Forum at Philadelphia, the Aspect BPO CXO Xchange roundtable in Hong Kong, Silicon India Leadership Summit in New Delhi and CX Asia in Singapore.

Sudhir has also won numerous prestigious awards including two consecutive year wins for Executive of the Year by Singapore Business Review’s Management Excellence Awards (2019, 2020), and Outstanding Leader in Asia from the Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability Awards (ACES) and was named one of the 100 People Transforming Business in 2020 from Business Insider.

Robert Jimenez

Chief Revenue Officer

Robert Jimenez is Chief Revenue Officer at Everise. He is responsible for driving growth strategy and all elements of commercial operations at Everise.

Robert brings over 25 years of leadership experience at some of the most recognized global BPO and consulting firms, driving global growth strategies and commercial operations. He has a proven track record of building global sales and client teams that deliver hyper growth results while balancing profitability and ensuring continuous innovation.

Prior to joining Everise, Robert was Chief Revenue Officer at Teleperformance for the Americas, leading healthcare and financial services. He led a cultural shift across the organization to move away from commodity-driven solutions to digitally-integrated business services, and spearheaded the development of sales growth strategies which led to exponential growth in revenue, leads conversion and lines of business expansion.

Prior to Teleperformance, Robert served as the global leader for CXM at Cognizant, where he led revenue growth targets across the business development, sales operations and client teams. He has also held senior management roles at TTEC, Genpact, Capgemini, and IBM.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys competitive sports like golf and tennis. He also spends his free time volunteering at various non-profit organizations and financial institutions.

 

Yogesh Khattar

Chief Operating Officer

Yogesh Khattar is Chief Operating Officer at Everise, and is responsible for managing and overseeing global operations for the company.

Yogesh brings over two decades of experience managing global operations and client management for large-scale contact center operations. An experienced leader who has led diverse teams to achieving success in highly competitive and dynamic environments, Yogesh is skilled in driving operational efficiencies and building and managing high-performance teams.

Prior to joining Everise, Yogesh held senior operations roles across various global companies. He was the Head of Operations at Telus Health, responsible for Global Health and Wealth administration outsourcing operations across the U.S., Canada, and India. While there, he was responsible for the largest acquisition in the Health and Pension administration business and set up two new physical locations in India.

Yogesh had also managed global operations, training, quality, and workforce management functions, as the Chief Operating Officer of C3/CustomerContactChannel. Prior to that, at Aegis Communications, Yogesh served as EVP, U.S. and Costa Rica, as well as SVP, Global Command Center, Operations, South Africa. He also spent a decade at Dell in various roles, including managing their largest customer support center.

Outside of work, Yogesh enjoys watching movies and cricket. He also enjoys sports such as squash and tennis.

 

Steven Amaya

Chief Financial Officer

Steven Amaya is Chief Financial Officer at Everise, and is responsible for leading the company’s global Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Pricing, Spend Management, and Facilities functions.

Steven brings 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of enabling global scale in high-growth, fast-paced environments. He is an accomplished finance leader with experience in driving operational efficiency, financial discipline, and business transformation in complex organizations.

Prior to joining Everise, Steven served as Chief Financial Officer at Carenet Health, a healthcare services company based in San Antonia, Texas, where he led financial strategy for their engagement and care management solutions to U.S.-based healthcare payers and providers.

Prior to Carenet, Steve spent a decade at TaskUs, where he held roles of increasing responsibility and led the finance team through various milestones, including the company’s acquisition by Blackstone in 2018, its IPO in 2021, and its expansion to twelve service delivery countries. His last role at TaskUs was serving as the company’s Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer.

Outside of work, Steve is a passionate sports fan and enjoys traveling to sporting events. He also enjoys exploring local food and entertainment scenes.

Dave Palmer

Chief Strategy Officer

Dave is Chief Strategy Officer at Everise and has over three decades of experience in the CX industry. He served in executive leadership positions for various public and private firms, including AOL, eTelecare Global Solutions, and Connextions, an Optum Company.

Prior to his engagement with Everise, he was the Chief Operating Officer at VXI Global Solutions, a trusted customer experience and contact center partner for the world’s leading brands. He served as President of Everise for seven years and now provides strategic guidance to support the company’s continued growth and innovation.

Joy Park

Chief Client Officer

Joy Park is the Chief Client Officer of Everise, and is responsible for driving strategic client partnerships, ensuring exceptional customer experience delivery, and accelerating growth across the business. She brings nearly three decades of experience, with deep expertise in scaling global operations, transforming customer experience and driving cost efficiency, as well as strong governance, strategic, and people leadership capabilities.

Joy is a leader with expertise in BPO strategy and vendor management – overseeing $1.3B+ annual outsourcing spend — and Operations, spanning 30,000+ workforce globally. Joy has a proven ability to drive large-scale CX transformation, leveraging AI, governance frameworks, and performance optimization to improve NPS/CSAT.

Most recently, Joy was associated with Comcast (a Fortune 30 company) as Senior Vice President for Technical Support Strategy & Operations, where she led a 1,700-person internal organization and a Business Partner network of 16,000+ teammates across nine countries. She has a proven track record of building world-class outsourced CX ecosystems, driving top-line and bottom-line growth.

Ganapathy Subramaniyan

Chief Information Officer

Ganapathy Subramaniyan is the Chief Information Officer for Everise, based out of our Manila Experience Center. As the CIO for Everise, Gana is responsible for managing the company’s technology operations & infrastructure, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s goals & delivers value to customers, and has been critical in establishing the most innovative CX technology platform in the industry for Everise.

Gana is a result driven ITES industry veteran with over two decades of leading experience in facilitating and building world-class technology management. He is an expert in strategizing and managing technical infrastructure in multinational environments. His in-depth acumen & technologically drive expertise to devise and deliver result-driven strategies and goal-oriented outcomes in a rapid changing environment helps transform progress, profitability, & productivity. Gana leads the company’s digital transformation initiatives with deep understanding of technology & familiarity with latest digital trends & developments. This includes knowledge of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, & robotics process automation.

Most recently, Ganapathy was with Aegis Customer Support Services, Mumbai, as Executive Vice President – IT, wherein he was responsible for IT innovation & transformation, IT Solution delivery, IT Projects delivery, Information Security & IT procurement. He has proven skills in consistently improving delivery timelines & service levels with cost-effectiveness, solutions planning, designing, and implementing best practice methodologies for continuous improvement and bottom-line growth.

Academically, Ganapathy holds an Engineering Degree, having specialized in Electronics & Communication from National Engineering College, India. Aside from his extensive career, he also loves playing and watching live Cricket with his son and daughter and traveling to new places, especially in India.
