What equipment do I need to return?

Any Equipment provided by Everise should be returned back to Everise.

  • PC – All-in-One Computer, PC Tower, Mini PC, Macbook, OR iGel
  • PC Power Cord
  • Keyboard / Mouse
  • Ethernet Cable
  • Webcam
  • Display Cable
  • Everise Provided Monitor / PowerCord

This Does NOT include: (You keep these)

  • Employee Provided Headset
  • Employee Provided 2nd Monitor
  • Employee Provided 2nd Monitor cable

How do I get a return label?

If you still have your original box, you should have received a return label in the box or in the shipping pouch on the outside of the box. If you are choosing to use this return label, Great! Please email EveriseReturns@weareeverise.com and let us know the tracking number so we know to track!

If you do not have a label or shipping supplies, we have a few steps for you to follow in order to receive them and 3 different options to choose.

  • *Based on your Option from Step 1 and further information regarding your Line of Business, etc, you will receive an automated email with custom instructions for Step 3.

Step 3: Create Your Own Label/QR Code or Email

  • After completing Step 2, if you went with Option 1 or 2, you will receive an automated email based on the information you provided to a link to a FedEx Fulfillment site where you can create your own QR Code / Return Label to Print. (Be sure to fill out YOUR information on these forms as it will automatically put in our return address once submitted.)
  • If you went with Option 3, you will receive confirmation that your email information has been sent to Shipping Vendor for the next steps.

How do I pack my equipment?

  1. In the original outer package, on the outside, inside the pouch with the shipping label or inside the box – will be your return label.
  2. Take that label out and either put back in the pouch and tape onto the outside of the box in a visible location.
  3. Please discard the original ship label to avoid confusion with the FedEx driver.

How do I pack my equipment? (PC Tower & Monitor)

  1. Unplug computer and monitor and all the cords.
  2. In the empty box, please place down the protective barriers as pictured.

  3. Rotate the monitor so that it is in a portrait position. (Tall)
  4. Place screen down into the protective barrier.

  5. Place the smaller boxes and cords for the mice and webcam, etc. on top of the monitor.
  6. Place the box for the keyboard upright in the area indicated to the left. See photos on next slide for visual.

  7. In the remaining area on right, slide the PC Tower to fit securely.

  8. Replace the remaining protective barriers on top and seal up the package.

  9. Make sure your Return Label is in the pouch on the outer box.
  10. Call FedEx – 1.800.463.3339 and schedule a pickup at your home. *Make sure it’s a Ground Pickup not FedEx Express.

What do I do after packing?

If you went with
Option 1: Drop off at a FedEx Office PackNShip Location
Once you receive the QR code email, you can take your equipment and that QR code to one of the participating locations where they will scan your code, and take your equipment to pack and ship back to our warehouses at no cost to you!

  • Note: Not all FedEx stores participate in the PackNShip program, if you want to know if one local to you does, please follow this link.
  • If there is not a participating location near you, you should select Option 3.

 

If you sent with
Option 2: Print Own Label/Schedule FedEx Pick Up
After you submit the Step 3 FedEx form, you will get a page on the website that will let you print the label right away – print and put on the box. You should receive an email confirmation from EveriseReturns@weareeverise.com with a Confirmation of your scheduled pick-up date. On the day of the Pick-Up, just place the fully labeled and packed box outside your door, and FedEx will come by and pick up!

 

If you sent with
Option 3: Send All Supplies/Label
You will receive a confirmation email that your information was sent out to our Shipping Vendor requesting a PrePackaged Return Kit be sent out to you. Once received (usually within 1-3 business days), pack up your equipment and place the label on the outside of the box. Then please send an email to EveriseReturns@weareeverise.com to schedule your Scheduled FedEx Pick Up.

  • *Please note that if you go with Option 3, you will be unable to receive the 3 Day $100 Incentive
