Frequently Asked Questions

Microsoft Teams is a collaboration app built for hybrid work that we use as our virtual training platform. This is where you will log-in on your first day of training to begin your new career at Everise. MS Teams will be pre-installed on your Everise Desktop, if you need to connect using your phone or personal PC until you move to the Everise supplied desktop here is a Get Started Now Link.

Don’t worry!  Your equipment is shipped after you check-in on your first day with Everise provided you stayed for the entire training!  You will receive emails when it is shipped (providing you the tracking number) and again when it’s delivered by both email and text to the information you provided in the address verification survey.

OBE stands for Open the Box Event and how we refer to day 2 – your class Onboarding Evaluation day. This is the setup process for your work at home computer system. Inside your box, you will find all the technology tools needed to help you succeed in your journey with us!  When you are ready, click the Start Your Set Up button and find the step-by-step instructions for setting up your system. If you run into any concerns – stop and join your OBE Day from your personal device for technical support.

You can find the name and contact information of your New Hire Orientation Trainer in your Welcome Letter email. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t received it.

New Hire Orientation (NHO) happens during the first day of training. NHO’s goal is to help Trainees feel welcomed, integrated in the organization, and perform the new job successfully as quickly as possible. Day 2 – Onboarding Evaluation (OBE) is where you will complete your system set up and start on required Compliance Training.

Workday is Everise’s HR Management System. This is an online portal where all employee information (basic information, team, and benefits) are stored. This is also the same system where employees can view their schedule, file for leave and review company policies.

Please excuse us as we grow and change.  Adobe Connect is a training platform we no longer use at Everise as we replaced it with Microsoft Teams.  Teams is the main communication platform you will use throughout your employment with Everise.  In addition, the video mentions, I-9 everywhere email which has also changed.  Your HR manager will guide you in this process on NHO day.

If for any reason you need to return your equipment, please use the prepaid return label you received in the original packaging. If you cannot find the label, you can request to print your own prepaid label or receive a QR/RMA code for FedEx PackNShip at this link.  Please note, Everise offers PackNShip options with designated FedEx locations where they will box, pack and ship any items back to us at no charge to you.  It requires the QR/RMA code that can be found in this link.  Also, disregard the weight on the pre-paid label is it is a placeholder.  FedEx will reweigh at time of shipping so you can still use that label for partial returns.  If you have questions, please email
