If there’s a word that perfectly describes Jim Warwick, that would be inspirational. Before becoming part of Everise McGregor as a Customer Service Specialist, Jim was a youth minister who dedicated his time and resources for kids and teens. But it has not always been a smooth sailing journey for Jim. Growing up, he faced a lot of challenges that tested his character.
“I was a preacher before I came here. I was a rambunctious youth. I made a lot of mistakes. One day I woke up and I was like, ‘This is not who I want to be. This is not who I am. That is not how my parents raised me,’ so I needed to get my life together,” Jim said.
After facing great turmoil, he found the courage to change his ways and face his calling of being of service to others. Be it as a youth preacher or as part of Everise, he believes that it is his duty to continue helping others in whatever way that he can. This is perhaps what separates him from others—but he genuinely puts his heart into being of service to others.
Jim’s past experiences continue to be his well of inspiration in his everyday dealings as a Customer Service Specialist. What remains unchanged is his passion and dedication to creating an impact in someone else’s life.
“I think that’s something that I’m willing to do in all walks of life. I want to do that every day of my life. I want to help somebody who needs help. I want to be the one that provides help for them. So, this is a great job for that,” said Jim.
