People of Everise | Gary Glade | Salt Lake City

As we celebrate Father’s Day on June 21, 2020, let’s meet Gary Glade, an Operations Supervisor from our Salt Lake City Experience Center. Gary shares about his life as a father and how his journey with Everise helped him follow his passion for helping others.

With a fruitful career in Everise spanning over eight years, Gary has taken on various roles within the company and excelled at each of them. His ability to adapt and willingness to take on responsibilities allowed him to learn new skills and made him a well-rounded employee. This valuable experience helps him fulfill his duties with exceptional results as an Operations Supervisor.

“I’ve been with the company for about eight and a half years. I’ve been in many different roles, from being an agent on the phone helping with customer service, to sells, and insurance, to supervising, to training, to-kind of all different areas in the company.” 

One of Gary’s particular interests is making investments. He would often spend time looking at charts and graphs, and is excited with the idea of new opportunities and business ventures, which could prove to be profitable investments in the future.

“I really enjoy investing. I look at a lot of different charts and graphs and things like that when it comes to investing money and funds. I get really excited about things like that.” 

As a proud father, his personal life revolves mainly around his wife and kids. For Gary, family life is a topic that he enjoys sharing with other people, and his sixteen years of marriage with his wife gave them two children who both have an aptitude for playing sports.

“ I think my family is an area that I get excited about when people ask me about my kids. I love talking about my kids, they’re awesome. My son is the pitcher on the baseball team, and we’re super excited about that. My daughter plays well in soccer and does incredible in school.”

  Gary’s line of work revolves around the field of healthcare. He shares how his experiences play a huge role in fulfilling his responsibilities. Knowing that his work can make a huge difference in the lives of other people further fuels his passion for helping others and carrying out his duties.

“I think in the field, we deal in a lot of healthcare, that’s been an area that I have been in and it’s really impactful when people know that you care. Knowing that it’s a life-saving thing and that they need it, that we’re able to help with in a small way.”

  Gary’s passion for making an impact in other people’s lives aligns well with Everise’s core value of being people-first, and his years of service with the company is proof of his dedication to our cause.
