Board Member & Head of Corporate Strategy

Trevor Healy is a Board Member of Everise and is also the company’s Head of Corporate Strategy – bringing his years of experience to the table as an entrepreneur and investor with over 15 exits. His plans for the future of the company are to incorporate progressive advancements into the world of customer experience fostering innovation and business growth and to continue to expand internationally; further bringing technology to drive greater customer experiences for the company.

As an investor, Trevor selects companies with the potential to disrupt in a meaningful way. He has been involved in have raised over $300m of capital and returned $6B of market value and is a partner at a strategic advisory company where he focuses on late stage M&A. Serving as the Chairman of Singapore Biotech, the largest portfolio of biosimilars globally, Trevor works with companies to solve problems with a clear vision and unique wats to execute them properly.

For each investment deal, Trevor brings together an external team of domain experts to ensure a successful outcome, and he personally rolls up his sleeves and gets involved in the strategic direction of the company. His deep technology and leadership experience give him the ability to add value at every step of growth all the way to the exit process. He most recently devised and led the sale of Belkin to Foxconn and was Executive Chairman of Nexmo, a leading cloud communications company (Acquired by Vonage), and was President of Sansa Security in the IOT security space (Acquired by ARM).

Further accomplishments in his lengthy 25 year career also include serving as CEO of Amobee Inc. (Acquired by Singtel), and as CEO of Jajah (Acquired by Telefonica), and following those exploits was becoming Chief Innovation Officer and a Board Director at Telefonica Europe PLC where focused on innovation in a company with over $50 Billion of revenues. Trevor also worked as CEO of CelNX (Acquired by VeriSign), started the US subsidiary of Trintech Inc. (IPO), and held senior positions at Kindle Banking Systems (Acquired by Misys PLC). As a GM at Paypal Inc. and previously of VeriSign Payment Services (Acquired by Paypal), where he spearheaded the backbone infrastructure for cloud commerce.

Trevor divides his time between Singapore and San Francisco and is a big supporter of the arts; when not working Trevor enjoys exploring the world of wine and studying for his WSET level 3 sommelier qualification.
