Sudhir Agarwal is the Chief Executive Officer of Everise as well as sits on the Board of Directors, where, he brings more than two decades of corporate leadership and management experience to the company. His areas of expertise include operations, migrations, client management, business development and corporate mergers. With a vision to create a USD$500 million dollar Experience Company in the BPO Industry, Sudhir is responsible for leading and expanding the business operations throughout Singapore and across Asia.

Sudhir is also the CEO of C3/CustomerContactChannels, an Everise Company. Through C3, Everise operates customer experience centers across the U.S., the Philippines and Latin America, with over 10,000 employees providing multilingual support on behalf of major multinational firms.
Sudhir was a founding member of Aegis, one of the largest global BPO companies headquartered in India. Growing the company from its humble beginnings with a mere five-employee operation, Sudhir grew the business across India, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Argentina, the US and Asia. Before Aegis, Sudhir joined Genpact in 1999, where he held multiple leadership roles spanning across operations and transition management. He also spearheaded the company’s successful foray into Hungary and China.
An impactful orator and a thought leader in the industry, Sudhir has been regularly invited to speak at various prestigious forums across the world, including the Wharton India Economic Forum at Philadelphia, the Aspect BPO CXO Xchange roundtable in Hong Kong and Silicon India Leadership Summit in New Delhi.
