Nicole Palina-Pace is the Chief Marketing Officer at Everise and is responsible for growing and strengthening the company brand and evolving the digital CX go-to-market strategy while overseeing the global Marketing team, Design Studio, Public Relations, Communications, Talent Brand, and Digital Marketing.

Being an agent for change, advocate for diverse voices, and promoter of women in tech with a proven track record of success through collaboration, Nicole is an accomplished leader who provides strategic thinking and inspiration over her career of 25+ years as a professional marketer.

Before Everise, Nicole was the Global Head of Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications for Outbrain, where she led a team of global brand marketers across Europe, North America, and South America. Prior to Outbrain, she was the Vice President of Marketing in North America at Rakuten Advertising where she owned the vision, strategy, budget and execution for all B2B marketing initiatives, supporting AdTech solutions across its #1 global affiliate marketing network, programmatic display, and paid search channels.

Nicole has earned a bachelor’s degree in English and Communications from Boston College and is a recipient of the IAB Service Excellence Awards 2019.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. She loves all things on the water including boating, sailing, kayaking and SUPs (stand up paddleboarding).
