Ganapathy Subramaniyan is the Chief Information Officer for Everise, based out of our Manila Experience Center. He is responsible for the overall Information Technology function and has been critical in establishing the most comprehensive CX technology platform in the industry for Everise.
Ganapathy comes with over two decades of experience in facilitating and building world-class technology management. He is a dynamic ITES industry veteran with over two decades of leading experience in strategizing and managing technical infrastructure in domestic and international marketplaces. His in-depth acumen and technologically driven expertise to devise and deliver result-driven strategies and goal-oriented outcomes in a rapid changing environment helps transform progress, profitability, and productivity.
Most recently, Ganapathy was with Aegis Customer Support Services, Mumbai as Executive Vice President IT wherein he was responsible for IT innovation & transformation, IT Solution delivery, IT Projects delivery, Information Security & IT procurement. He has proven skills in consistently improving delivery timelines & service levels with cost-effectiveness, solutions planning, designing, and implementing best practice methodologies for continuous improvement and bottom-line growth.
Academically, Ganapathy holds an Engineering Degree, having specialized in Electronics & Communication from National Engineering College, India. Aside from his extensive career, he also loves playing and watching live Cricket with his son and daughter and traveling to new places, especially in India.
