David Palmer is President of Everise and is responsible for leading the company's core business operations which includes oversight of all key functional responsibilities including Human Resources, Finance, IT and Facilities encompassing over 12,000 employees.
Prior to his engagement with Everise, he was the Chief Operating Officer at VXI Global Solutions, a trusted customer experience and contact center partner for the world’s leading brands. Immersed for more than 24 years in the customer experience industry, David built an extensive history of working in executive leadership positions such as chief operating officer for several public and private firms including AOL, eTelecare Global Solutions, Surpass LLC, and Connextions.
His life’s work focuses on the customer service and contact center industry, starting as an agent in a call center. Dave passionately sharpened his skills and expanded his knowledge in vendor and program management, strategic planning, business development, customer experience, process improvement, customer relationship management, and business process outsourcing.
While not spearheading the company towards its goal to becoming a USD$500 million-dollar company by 2022, Dave enjoys traveling with his wife of 23 years and taking his English Bulldog to play at the beach.
