We tackle many of the key concerns of your members: “Where’s my order?”, “When will I receive my medication?”, “Do I need to get a new Rx written?” and “How much will it cost?”. We also support members during the annual formulary and coverage changes, communicating any changes to their scheduled medication deliveries.
