Customer Operations Performance Centre (COPC) certification is the most prestigious recognition in the customer experience (CX) industry. During the certification process, companies will undergo an assessment that primarily reviews the organizations’ use of best practices and consistent processes to achieve the highest level of operational performance standards.
The certification will be based on the COPC CX Standard. This is a performance management system for operational excellence which applies to three different types of CX operation such as the Customer Service Providers (CSPs), Outsource Service Providers (OSPs), and Vendor Management Organizations (VMO). The main purpose of this certification is to promote continuous improvement and CX transformation under the industry.
