When joining Everise in 2019 as part of an acquired company, I was excited to join a company that has such drive to grow and succeed.

Working at Everise means being challenged, following through on your commitments, and getting out of your comfort zone to achieve a common goal. The leadership team are true visionaries and great teachers. The culture at Everise puts people first, promotes teamwork and effective communication, and inspires confidence in one another.

For those reasons, Everise is the best company I have worked for during my 26-year career and I look forward to the continued journey.

My journey through Everise has been an exciting and continuously evolving experience. Since inception, Everise’s priority has been their employees. We have been supported, developed and encouraged for growth and improvement.

Everise has seen our portfolio grow tremendously with the dedication, determination and hard work of our teams. It’s refreshing to see our leaders’ passions in developing their people and partnering for success.

This is an organization that is truly aware that their people are what makes a successful company!

I moved to Everise at the height of the pandemic. It was a serendipitous journey. Initially I was temporarily stationed at Everise Philippines, but I ended up enjoying the growth journey with our team so much that I decided to stay.

At Everise, no role is too small or big. There are no titles. We mutually respect the expertise that the other person can bring. We are encouraged to improve and create. People and leaders here listen to ideas. With the support of our senior leaders, we are encouraged to do more, think better, and come as our best selves. Three years in, I can say that the joy of working with Everise is real. That is the real reward.

My Everise journey is one that is full of many opportunities for growth and learning from day one. A journey that is made more meaningful with the support of an amazing team and supportive colleagues.

The partnerships that I have forged with other leaders have made my goals easier to accomplish. That is, to build a culture of care where employees feel nurtured, supported and enabled. Everise is home away from home for thousands of our champions. We are positioned for growth because Everisers are motivated to bring the best versions of themselves to work, day in and day out.

Personally, I am grateful that I am empowered to make changes that impact people’s lives for the better. This is a gift that Everise has given me and I intend to make the best use of it for years to come!

From my first conversation with the Everise team back in 2020, I knew it was an organization I had to be a part of. ​Everyone I met with had a passion for empowering and supporting our people while developing solutions that make a difference for our partners. The spirit of flexibility and innovation balanced by data and cross-functional alignment spoke to just what I was looking for in the next stage of my career. ​

It’s been an incredible journey over the last 2+ years. I’ve gotten to work with talented individuals in every corner of the company all around the globe, and every day I’m amazed at what our team can deliver. I can’t wait to see where the next years take us! ​

I started with Everise back in 2010 and have watched the company grow and change over the years into this exciting people first organization. I love that Everise values diversity and women. There were many times in my past that I would be the lone woman in a meeting, and I would think how do I fit in – does it really matter what I say? At Everise I don’t have that question as I know the company leadership values ALL input and now, I find myself as one of many women sitting in those meetings. ​​

Over the years at Everise, I’ve had the honor and privilege of working with a lot of passionate, enthusiastic, and caring individuals. Just like we learned as children, the people you spend time with help to shape who you are as an individual. We spend 40% of our time at work which means we have the duty to help shape those around us and we allow those we work with to help shape us. In the end, we all strive to make it a place where we can learn, grow and have a bit of fun along the way. ​

I have had the pleasure to be able to work from home since I began my career at Everise nearly 13 years ago. Being with the company from the beginning has allowed me to work on and oversee a lot of various projects and get to work with many departments and roles throughout Everise. It has helped me become knowledgeable about many areas of the company and led me to where I am today. I have had leaders and mentors that enabled me to go beyond my role and tackle more and more responsibilities. Everyone here works hand in hand on a daily basis in coordination to support our clients. I get to work with people from all over the world and get to see other cultures firsthand. Everise still feels like a small family even with all the growth over the years.​

Being a female leader in a predominantly male industry can be challenging. Women have unique experiences, strengths and voices that have the potential to make a difference if empowered to take action. My advice to others is to learn as much as you can, speak up and let your voice be heard.​

I started with Everise in 2011 as a frontline champion. Little did I know what opportunities the future would hold for me.

At Everise, we value promoting from within and giving our employees the opportunity to grow with us. My story is proof of that. With the support of co-workers, supervisors and managers, I soaked up everything I could learn. Everyone that I requested guidance from did not hesitate. They took the time to coach me, give their advice, hold me accountable, and so much more.

Everise empowered me and many others to think outside the box, to speak up and use my voice to make an impact. Everyday brings new challenges but at Everise you are never doing it alone.

Since joining the BPO Industry back in 2007, each day has been inspiring, motivating, and challenging, which has helped me develop professionally. I feel very proud to represent Colombia as the country leader and the wonderful team we have formed, who are dedicated and committed, and working hard to achieve excellence.

Since joining Everise, I have been given the opportunity to progress my career professionally and personally. I have seen the progress of development of the Colombia site and team. It is really rewarding to see what we have become in such a short period of time.

When joining Everise in 2021, my excitement for taking another step professionally was only the beginning of an amazing journey. I came to Everise with a passion for people, partnership and wanting to make a difference. Through the past 20 months with the support of so many amazing leaders who I can also call mentors, guideposts and friends, they have showed me that the impact we can make is limitless.

It is humbling but also addictive to work for a company like Everise. If you have a good idea, suggestion or want to help make a difference, the response will be “How can we help you do that?”, “What would it take to do that?” or “Tell me more”.

We come together and make decisions, discuss challenges and hold each other accountable. Working for a company that has so many passionate people who also show empathy, care and celebrate our successes is unlike any other place I have worked for.

I started in Everise in 2013 as a Supervisor and Trainer for one of the largest accounts in Everise Guatemala. I was promoted in both 2015 and 2016 and again in 2021, to Senior Operations Manager, because I achieved consistent performance on financial and operational KPIs.

Everise has a merit-based culture that offers the opportunity to learn from our leaders. The development opportunities I have been given have been diverse and have challenged me in a good way. I have been able to balance work with my husband, two kids and family.

From the start, my direct supervisor never focused on what I lacked, but the potential of the team. He inspired us with a “can do” attitude that drove us to meet and exceed targets.

I joined Everise in January 2022, and have been able to work with leaders and colleagues around the globe from different backgrounds. Valuing diversity at Everise has enabled us to row in the same direction. What some teams may lack, others will supplement or help mentor us in. This, I believe, is synergy in motion.

Over the years at Everise, I have truly enjoyed the opportunity to ensure the company is compliant with regulatory requirements across all transactions. I have been able to build the local legal department team from the ground up. I have also been able to represent the legal department in the executive committee.

I have been privileged to partake of new challenges and opportunities throughout my journey at Everise, and encourage anyone who wants to be part of a team that pushes and supports your growth day by day, to make the leap!

I started working at Everise in 2019 as an IT Manager. The great culture allowed me to develop and improve my technical skills and the talent of my team, which were key to my growth as a leader. In 2021, I was promoted and now oversee the global service desk, overseeing people across the globe.

At Everise, being proactive and eager to learn will open many doors quickly for you. I am privileged to be able to have been granted opportunities to progress and stand where I am today.

Over the last five years, working with a great company like Everise that embraces the value of ‘People First’ and offers flexibility has made a significant difference in my career journey.
