Ever a believer in the power of technology and its disruptive yet beneficial capabilities, Sudhir Agarwal brings more than two decades of corporate leadership and management experience to his role as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Everise. With a proven record of helping enterprises achieve long-term growth and years of overseeing corporate mergers and acquisitions, migrations, business development, outsourcing, and vendor and client management, he has spearheaded multiple expansions for multiple companies in the customer experience (CX) industry.
Today, Sudhir is at the helm of Everise leading and expanding the business operations, with a vision to become the world’s leading customer experience solutions and technology business. To realize his vision, Sudhir first partnered with Everstone Group to build Everise into a next-generation industry leader, then was instrumental in the acquisition of Everise by its latest partner, Brookfield Asset Management.

Sudhir began his journey with Genpact in 1999, a global professional services firm where he held multiple leadership roles spanning across operations and transition management and spearheaded the company’s successful foray into Hungary and China. Following Genpact, Sudhir was a founding member of Aegis, one of the largest BPO companies in India. Growing the company from a mere five-employee operation, he scaled the operation from its humble beginnings into India, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Argentine, the US and Asia. Succeeding Aegis, Sudhir founded Sunrise BPO with a vision to create a unique customer experience company that is digitally enabled.
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Sudhir earned his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and his Master of Business Administration in Strategy and International Business from Manchester Business School, UK.
As an impactful orator and thought leader in the industry, Sudhir has been regularly invited to speak at various prestigious forums across the world, including the Wharton India Economic Forum at Philadelphia, the Aspect BPO CXO Xchange roundtable in Hong Kong, Silicon India Leadership Summit in New Delhi and CX Asia in Singapore.
Sudhir has also won numerous prestigious awards including two consecutive year wins for Executive of the Year by Singapore Business Review’s Management Excellence Awards (2019, 2020), and Outstanding Leader in Asia from the Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability Awards (ACES) and was named one of the 100 People Transforming Business in 2020 from Business Insider.

Dave Palmer
Dave Palmer is President of Everise and is responsible for leading the company’s core business operations which include oversight of all key functional responsibilities, encompassing over 16,000 employees.
Prior to his engagement with Everise, he was the Chief Operating Officer at VXI Global Solutions, a trusted customer experience and contact center partner for the world’s leading brands. Immersed for more than 29 years in the customer experience industry, Dave built an extensive history of working in executive leadership positions such as chief operating officer for several public and private firms, including AOL, eTelecare Global Solutions, and Connextions, An Optum Company.
His life’s work focuses on the customer experience and contact center industry, beginning his career with America Online (AOL) in 1994. Dave passionately sharpened his skills and expanded his knowledge in vendor management, account management, sales, strategic planning, business development, customer experience process improvement, customer relationship management, IT operations, and business process outsourcing internationally.
While not spearheading the company towards its goal of becoming the world’s leading customer experience technology and solutions business, Dave enjoys traveling with his wife of 27 years, spending time with his Son Jesse, and taking care of his English Bulldog Leo.

Sheena Ponnappan
Sheena is the Chief People Officer at Everise.
She drives the continuous growth of our company by creating and managing effective people strategies. Focused on delivering tangible results for the Everise group, Sheena is responsible for HR Strategy and Planning, DEI Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement and Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Leadership Development.
Being a passionate and hands-on Human Resources executive with 20 years of experience in diverse industries and countries, her industry knowledge focuses on Performance Management, HR Consulting, Talent Acquisition, Business Process Outsourcing, and Customer Relationship Management. Sheena’s leadership has been recognized with multiple global awards, including the most recent 2022 Stevie Awards for Women in Business for Achievements in HR, Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, Woman of the Year and Female Executive of the Year (Business Services). She was also awarded HR Executive of the Year at the 2022 Stevie International Business Awards and HR Leader of the Year at Asia’s 2020 & 2021 HR Excellence Awards.
Prior to Everise, she worked with Aegis (Startek), where she started by heading HR for a few of the India Operations centers, & subsequently moved on to leadership roles in the Philippines, South Africa, & the UK. Her last role with them was as the Head of HR for the United Kingdom & South Africa operations.
Sheena’s formative years were spent in Bangalore, India. She began her professional HR career in Hyderabad, India, with Genpact (Erstwhile GECIS Software Services). And DXC Technology (Erstwhile CSC) – a global IT services company. She moved into the BPO space when she joined Promantra Solutions, a company specializing in Revenue Cycle Management in the US Healthcare service domain, followed by Aegis.
Sheena earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Chemistry from Christ University, Bangalore, and her Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources and Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to explore new places & cultures, and mastering the game of tennis.

Jeremy Jepperson
Jeremy is the Global Chief Operating Officer at Everise. As the head of customer engagement and operational delivery, he is a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of success. Jeremy has over 23 years of global experience in the BPO industry in account management, sales leadership, operations, and finance. He is known for his strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to drive results. He has overall P&L responsibility for Everise’s global operation.
During the early 2000’s, Jeremy led the establishment and growth of a start-up company, Wasatch Fire Suppression, LLC, as the Chief Financial. He led this company to growth until he relocated to Kansas City in 2007 as the client leader over one of Convergys’ (now known as Concentrix) Top 5 clients. Following that move, Jeremy spent time in sales operations, account management and concluded his career prior to joining Everise as the Group Vice President responsible for the top growth vertical at Concentrix. His reputation from both clients and employees is that of a respected and trusted business leader.
Outside of work, there are two things Jeremy loves doing – building things and vacations. His accomplishments consist of five completed basements and other assorted home projects. When not doing projects around his house, he goes on vacations with his family. His favorite spot is Disney World, where he and his wife have been long-standing annual pass holders.

Helen Franco
Helen Franco is the Chief Legal Officer at Everise, protecting the company from legal risks while monitoring compliance to ensure it adheres to sound corporate governance practices. She oversees the review and approval of all documents pertaining to the company’s operations, monitors its commercial insurance, and serves as the keeper of its business and corporate records. Given the international reach of the Everise group, her responsibilities also extend not only to the United States but also to Latin America, Malaysia, Ireland, India, and the Philippines where she engages with local counsel regarding the company’s business and legal interests.
As an experienced corporate attorney with substantial in-house experience and a background as outside counsel to publicly traded and private, venture-backed companies, and more than 25 years of experience, Helen’s pool of knowledge and expertise has a strong focus on client and vendor contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate governance. She specializes in general corporate work, corporate governance, property leases, financing transactions, and reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial transactions.
Helen’s career started as an associate representing publicly traded clients for Steel Hector & Davis LLP, which was one of the three major law firms in Florida at the time. Before joining the company in 2010, she served as in-house counsel for software and manufacturing companies, and other companies providing healthcare-related products and services. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in General Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Florida Atlantic University and earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University summa cum laude.
When not engaging in company business, she enjoys international travel, reading, film, and attending performances of the Miami City Ballet.

Shiv Raj Palta
Shiv is one of the founding team members of Everise and has more 20 years of experience in scaling international businesses through mergers & acquisitions and business development.
As the Chief Strategy Officer, he supports the company’s inorganic growth strategies, identifying high-potential market segments to invest in and building relationships with CEO’s and founders of disruptive businesses. He joined Everise from Aegis BPO where his key responsibilities were around strategic decisions, international business growth, go-to-market strategy, and global mergers & acquisitions. Prior to Aegis, he worked with Genpact and British Airways, and founded a Training and Consultancy firm in 2003, which he successfully ran until 2008.
Shiv has an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad following a Bachelor’s degree from Delhi University, he is an alumnus of the Doon School. In his free time, he enjoys sketching and teaching his sons the joys of field hockey and squash.

Ganapathy Subramaniyan
Ganapathy Subramaniyan is the Chief Information Officer for Everise, based out of our Manila Experience Center. As the CIO for Everise, Gana is responsible for managing the company’s technology operations & infrastructure, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s goals & delivers value to customers, and has been critical in establishing the most innovative CX technology platform in the industry for Everise.
Gana is a result driven ITES industry veteran with over two decades of leading experience in facilitating and building world-class technology management. He is an expert in strategizing and managing technical infrastructure in multinational environments. His in-depth acumen & technologically drive expertise to devise and deliver result-driven strategies and goal-oriented outcomes in a rapid changing environment helps transform progress, profitability, & productivity. Gana leads the company’s digital transformation initiatives with deep understanding of technology & familiarity with latest digital trends & developments. This includes knowledge of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, & robotics process automation.
Most recently, Ganapathy was with Aegis Customer Support Services, Mumbai, as Executive Vice President – IT, wherein he was responsible for IT innovation & transformation, IT Solution delivery, IT Projects delivery, Information Security & IT procurement. He has proven skills in consistently improving delivery timelines & service levels with cost-effectiveness, solutions planning, designing, and implementing best practice methodologies for continuous improvement and bottom-line growth.
Academically, Ganapathy holds an Engineering Degree, having specialized in Electronics & Communication from National Engineering College, India. Aside from his extensive career, he also loves playing and watching live Cricket with his son and daughter and traveling to new places, especially in India.

Maneesh Garg
Maneesh is the Chief of Staff at Everise and is responsible for the company’s investor relations, corporate development, and corporate strategy. With over 16 years of experience spanning finance management and general administration in CX companies, he is adept at overseeing strategy, Finance and working with company boards and leadership to increase value.
With a robust background in financial reporting, planning, and restructuring, Maneesh brings rich experience in transforming and automating Finance functions, as well as identifying risks and gaps and implementing targeted measures to improve process performance. Before joining Everise, Maneesh worked with Genpact, Datamatics, Aegis, and Minacs, where he was responsible for strategic planning and keeping financial targets on track. He counts managing divestments of over US$49m of business, as well as the successful completion of US$610m of equity sales, amongst his key achievements in prior appointments.
Maneesh is a strong believer in championing personal finance and has been managing his own finances for more than 20 years.

Brent L. Bush
Brent L. Bush is the Executive Vice President, Global Solutions at Everise and is responsible for Global Solutions that result in new clients and revenue growth. With over 30 years of experience in many well-known, industry leading companies, he has driven multiple large organizations to success through his results and solutions-driven leadership. In his many executive roles, Brent has led teams in Sales, Operations, Marketing, Client Services, Strategy and Planning, and Procurement. He has been awarded multiple sales and leadership awards for outstanding performance and sales results. He also led a $500M global outsourcing company through a period of change, transition, and reorganization while implementing ground-breaking initiatives in the communications vertical. Today, Brent attributes his success to his leadership experience garnered at FedEx, where he learned the philosophy of People Service Profit. Fundamentally, if you take care of the people, they will in turn produce exemplary service, resulting in profit.
